We’re acceptable if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition
1. Please contact Customer Service (email@example.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. You will receive a refund within 3 working days after we receive the returned items. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account or exchange it with a new package for you after. Once your refund or exchange has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or refunds. If the product has any quality problems, we can re-customize and ship it to you free of charge, except for damage caused by human factors.

1. All regular items are offered a 12-months warranty period if the product has any quality issue, except for damage caused by human factors. For items with 12 months warranty, please contact us in time for solutions. We recommend that customers keep the original packaging of the item until it is confirmed that there is no problem with the item.
2. If you receive defective or wrong items, please contact our custom service: firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond to you within 24 hours. Our customer service may ask you to send pictures or videos to show the product issues. They will help you solve any problems related to the product or order.
3. Some items that are on sale or discounted cannot be refunded or replaced unless they are faulty.
4. After receiving our reply, please send the return package according to our requirements (if not, we will not be responsible for any issues).
