Shipping Policy

We proudly provide free shipping for most of the countries if your order is over $29.99 with standard delivery, a small part of countries due to different import policies and shipping costs, we can’t provide free shipping. we ship the package by ourselves, not drop shipping, each product from us will be checked rigorously to ensure they are flawless.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The shipping e-mail you receive will contain a tracking number for your package.

When Will My Order Ship?
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time
Processing Time: Usually 1-3 working days for standard package, 8~10 working days for Customized package.
Before we ship your order, we will check for compatibility to ensure the products match your car, prepare your products, make strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you can understand.

How do I track the order?
The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with an online tracking number will be sent to you. You Could Choose Express Shipping (Expedited Shipping) If It Is Urgent.
We are glad to offer our customers express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We suggest contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so that there is

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged/missing?
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received defective/incorrect/damaged/missing items, also please include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible!

Will I have to pay international Taxes And Duties?

There is always no extra Custom fee. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there are any. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
