Shipping Policy

We proudly provide free shipping for most of the countries if your order is over $29.99 with standard delivery, a small part of countries due to different import policies and shipping costs, we can’t provide free shipping. We ship the package by ourselves, not drop shipping; each product from us will be checked rigorously to ensure it is flawless.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The shipping email you receive will contain a tracking number for your package.

Within 48 hours of shipment, you can go to the USPS/4PX/YunExpress /DHL/FedEx Tracking Service’s website or www.17track.net to track your package.

When Will My Order Ship?
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time
Processing Time: Usually 1-3 working days for standard package, 8~10 working days for Customized package.
Before we ship your order, we will check for compatibility to ensure the products match your car, prepare your products, make strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you can understand.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How do I track the order?
The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with an online tracking number will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. You Could Choose Express Shipping (Expedited Shipping) If It Is Urgent.
We are glad to offer our customers express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We suggest contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so that there is
always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@addcarlights.com. if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged/missing?
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received defective/incorrect/damaged/missing items, also please include your order number and photos of the item(s), and we will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible!

Taxes, Duties, and EU Customs Charges

We offer free shipping on eligible orders. However, import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or carrier clearance charges may vary depending on the destination country.

For orders shipped to the European Union, a separate EU Customs Duty may apply to eligible low-value shipments sent from outside the EU. This charge will be clearly shown and collected at checkout before payment. Free shipping still applies.

Most products in our store are declared under the same customs category. For eligible EU orders containing products in the same customs category, the EU Customs Duty is normally charged once per shipment.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, most packages are delivered without additional import taxes or customs duties. However, in some cases, import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or carrier clearance charges may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Any charges not collected at checkout are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
